Return, Refund & Food Product Claims Policy<\/h1>\n

Effective Date: September 10, 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

This policy applies to food and beverage products sold by Boduo Group U.S. Corp.<\/p>\n

1. Final Sale<\/h3>\n

Food and beverage products are final sale once they have been delivered, picked up, or released to the customer or the customer\u2019s carrier and have left Boduo Group U.S. Corp.\u2019s custody. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, over-ordering, customer ordering errors, excess inventory, or products that are no longer needed.<\/p>\n

2. Claims We Will Consider<\/h3>\n

Claims may be considered only for: (a) verified spoilage or food-quality defects; (b) physical damage or leakage; (c) quantity discrepancies; or (d) an official recall or market withdrawal.<\/p>\n

3. Reporting Deadlines<\/h3>\n

Visible damage, leakage, or obvious quantity shortages should be reported within 12 hours<\/strong> of receipt whenever possible. Standard delivery- or pickup-related damage and quantity claims must be reported within 48 hours<\/strong> of the recorded delivery or pickup time.<\/p>\n

A latent food-quality or food-safety issue that could not reasonably have been detected within 48 hours should be reported promptly after discovery and will not be automatically rejected solely because the 48-hour period has passed.<\/p>\n

4. Evidence Required<\/h3>\n

Customers may be asked to provide the order or invoice number, product name and lot or batch information, photographs or video, quantity affected, delivery details, and any other information reasonably required to investigate the claim.<\/p>\n

5. Recalls and Food-Safety Actions<\/h3>\n

If a product is subject to an official recall, market withdrawal, or safety notice issued by the FDA, another competent governmental authority, the manufacturer, or Boduo Group U.S. Corp., customers must immediately stop using, selling, serving, or distributing the affected product and follow the instructions provided. Recall-related claims are not restricted by the standard 48-hour delivery-claim deadline.<\/p>\n

6. Approved Claims<\/h3>\n

After review, an approved claim may be resolved by replacement, account credit, or refund, at Boduo Group U.S. Corp.\u2019s discretion and as appropriate to the circumstances.<\/p>\n

7. Return Authorization<\/h3>\n

No product may be physically returned without prior written authorization from Boduo Group U.S. Corp. Unauthorized returns may be refused.<\/p>\n
